Pink gingham shirred milkmaid top
Pink and white gingham, a wide square neck and short puff sleeves; the lower back is shirred with elastic thread for texture and a soft fit, and the top pulls on over the head with no zip.
How it was made

The shirring's stretch was not measured, so the top is drafted to pass over the bust without it. Sew the swatch test in the guide before you shirr the back.
