Lilac cotton with small white dots, a V neck edged with a 6 cm gathered ruffle, a lapped front closed by three ties in bows, and elbow-length puff sleeves in cuffs that end in ruffles. No zip or buttons.

The front is tied, not sewn, and hangs open below the last bow. Tie it in the toile and check how it laps over the bust before you cut.
